Train Heavy: Even though we are wanting to burn more calories it's not about high reps etc... You still have to give the muscle a reason to stick around hence the heavy resistance training. 2). Progressive overloading: Again we are losing fat but we still want to try and get stronger. Actually a few individuals can get stronger
